Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using RLYXA KEEL and any associated websites, software interfaces, or API relayers provided by RLYXA Labs ("RLYXA," "we," "our," or "us"). By connecting a Solana wallet or submitting any transaction through the Interface, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Important Non-Custodial & Digital Asset Risk Notice
RLYXA KEEL is a purely non-custodial web software interface that helps users construct and broadcast transactions to decentralized third-party Automated Market Maker (AMM) smart contracts on the public Solana blockchain (including Raydium, Orca Whirlpools, and Meteora DLMM). RLYXA never takes possession, custody, or control of your digital assets or private cryptographic keys. All blockchain transactions are irreversible once signed and confirmed on-chain.
1. Nature of the RLYXA KEEL Interface
1.1 Software Interface Only: RLYXA KEEL provides a visual execution workstation, market data display, and transaction instruction compiler for the Solana blockchain. RLYXA is not a broker, dealer, financial institution, exchange, custodian, or fiduciary.
1.2 Independent Liquidity Pools: All swaps are executed directly against decentralized liquidity pools deployed on the Solana Mainnet by independent third-party protocols (`Raydium AMM v4`, `Raydium CLMM`, `Raydium CPMM`, `Orca Whirlpools`, and `Meteora DLMM`). RLYXA does not own, operate, or control these underlying liquidity pools or their smart contracts.
2. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 You represent and warrant that you are not a resident, citizen, or agent of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions (including OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions) and that you are not listed on any Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) or denied persons list. You may not use VPNs or other anonymization tools to circumvent applicable legal restrictions.
3. Protocol Fees, Affiliate Revenue Share & Network Costs
3.1 Atomic Platform Fee (0.20%): By constructing and signing a swap transaction through RLYXA KEEL, you explicitly authorize the inclusion of an atomic on-chain fee instruction equal to 0.20% (20 basis points) of the input trade amount.
3.2 Affiliate Split: Where a valid third-party referral wallet is attributed (`?ref=`), the 0.20% fee is split atomically on-chain as 0.15% to the RLYXA Treasury Wallet and 0.05% to the referring wallet. Self-referrals (where the referral wallet matches the trading wallet) are automatically rejected by our server compiler.
3.3 Solana Network & Pool Fees: In addition to the RLYXA protocol fee, every transaction incurs standard Solana network base and priority compute fees (`ComputeBudgetProgram`) and the liquidity provider (LP) fee charged by the underlying Raydium, Orca, or Meteora pool. All fees are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.
4. Assumption of Cryptographic & Market Risks
By using RLYXA KEEL, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with decentralized finance (DeFi) and cryptographic tokens on Solana, including:
- Extreme Price Volatility & Slippage: Digital assets and SPL tokens (especially newly launched or low-liquidity tokens) may lose up to 100% of their value rapidly.
- Unverified Custom SPL Tokens: Anyone can deploy an arbitrary SPL token on Solana, including tokens with malicious mint/freeze authorities or counterfeit symbols. Always verify the exact SPL Mint Contract Address on Solscan before swapping.
- Smart Contract & Validator Risks: Third-party AMM contracts, RPC nodes, or the Solana network may experience congestion, bugs, MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) sandwich attacks, or exploits beyond RLYXA's control.
5. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
All real-time price charts, OHLCV candlesticks, pool liquidity metrics, order flow ratios, and fee savings calculations displayed on RLYXA KEEL are provided strictly for informational and technical execution purposes. Nothing on RLYXA constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your on-chain transactions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE RLYXA KEEL INTERFACE AND SERVER RELAYERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RLYXA LABS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, PROFITS, OR DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR ANY SOLANA SMART CONTRACT.
