RLYXA Privacy Policy

RLYXA Labs ("RLYXA") is built on the principle of privacy-preserving, non-custodial Web3 architecture. We do not require user accounts, email addresses, names, phone numbers, or identity verification to use the RLYXA KEEL Solana DEX workstation.
01 · NO PERSONAL DATA
We never collect your name, email address, phone number, or government ID.
02 · NO PRIVATE KEYS
Your private keys and seed phrases remain strictly inside your browser wallet extension (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack).
03 · NO DATA BROKERS
We do not sell, rent, or monetize user browsing behavior or wallet telemetry to third parties.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
When you use RLYXA KEEL, we do not ask for or store:
- Personal identifiers (names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers).
- Private cryptographic keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
- Cross-site advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking pixels.
2. Public Solana Blockchain Data
When you connect your Solana wallet (`Phantom`, `Solflare`, or `Backpack`), the Interface reads your public Base58 Solana wallet address (`PublicKey`) in order to:
- Query your live on-chain native `SOL` and `SPL` token balances via our RPC relayer.
- Construct unsigned swap, wrap/unwrap, and Associated Token Account (`ATA`) instructions.
- Broadcast your cryptographically signed transactions to Solana Mainnet validators.
Please note that the Solana blockchain is a public, immutable ledger. Any transaction you sign and broadcast is permanently visible on public block explorers such as Solscan.
3. Local Browser Storage (`localStorage`)
RLYXA KEEL uses your browser's local storage (`localStorage`) solely on your own device to store:
- Your recent local execution history, active limit order triggers, and recurring DCA schedules (`keel-live-orders-v2`).
- An affiliate referral public key (`keel_referral_wallet`) if you visited the Interface via a partner referral link (`?ref=`), so the atomic 0.05% partner split is properly attributed.
You can clear this local storage at any time through your browser settings.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers
To deliver sub-second Solana Mainnet execution and real-time OHLCV pool data without exposing your browser to rate limits, our backend server endpoints (`/api/solana/*`) communicate with:
- Helius Mainnet RPC: For private Solana blockchain state queries, blockhash retrieval, and transaction propagation.
- Raydium V1 Pool Router: For compiling on-chain AMM/CLMM/CPMM pool account keys.
- DexScreener & GeckoTerminal Public APIs: For real-time Solana pool prices, 24h volumes, and historical OHLCV candlesticks.
5. Security & Updates to This Policy
We enforce HTTPS encryption across all client-to-server communications and isolate our RPC credentials inside server-only modules (`*.server.ts`). Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective timestamp.
